摘要
以北京城市副中心周转房项目C2标段冬期施工为研究对象,在大量试验的基础上,结合工地实践,提出寒冷地区冬期施工温控条件;并在此基础上,通过对套筒灌浆过程进行分析,提出了以“冬期施工温控条件”为核心,包括施工准备、分仓封仓、测温线埋设、腔体测温、浆料制备、套筒灌浆在内的系统套筒灌浆冬期施工技术。工程实践结果显示,灌浆料试件、灌浆套筒试件全部判定合格,灌浆套筒破坏性试验符合规范要求,达到了预期的应用效果。
The paper takes the winter construction of the C2 section of Turnover Housing Project in Beijing as the research object.The temperature control conditions for winter construction in cold regions was proposed based on abundant experiments and engineering practice.Through the analysis of sleeve grouting process,the winter construction technology of systematic sleeve grouting with"winter construction temperature control conditions"as the core,including construction preparation,branch and closure warehouse,temperature measuring line embedding,chamber temperature measuring,slurry preparation and sleeve grouting was put forward.The results of engineering practice show that all grouting test blocks and grouting sleeve specimens are qualified,and the grouting sleeve destructive test meets the requirements of the specification.
