摘要 针对亚投行项目51 m大跨度钢桁架–吊挂组合体系整体提升的技术特点及施工难度,详细介绍了钢桁架提升方案的优选设计,分片积累整体提升的设计,大跨度钢桁架–吊挂合体系楼面拼装及合龙等关键技术要点,实现钢桁架高空完美对接,验证了大跨度、超高、超重钢桁架–吊挂组合体系楼面逆拼装、三阶段整体提升技术是安全可行的,为同类型工程的整体提升施工作业提供了有益的借鉴经验。 Considering the technical characteristics and construction difficulties in 51m wide-span steel truss-hanging composite system integral lifting of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank(AIIB),this paper introduced in details the key technical points,such as optimal design of steel truss lifting scheme,divided integral lifting design,wide-span steel truss-hanging system assembly on roof and closing,etc.,realizing the perfect connection of steel truss at high altitude.It was verified that adverse assembly of wide-span,super-high and super-heavy steel truss and hanging composite system on roof and 3-stage integral lifting technique were safe and feasible,providing valuable references for integral lifting construction of similar projects.
