摘要 高层建筑钢板剪力墙吊装、焊接工程在目前建筑行业中不仅是一项新课题,也是一项难题,亚投行项目是国内首次同一建筑所有核心筒结构竖向全部采用全焊接纯钢板剪力墙施工技术,通过对核心筒钢板剪力墙深化设计、采用同步吊装、延迟焊接技术有效减小了焊接变形,避免了焊接裂缝出现,解决了加工、安装、焊接过程中的施工技术难点,为类似工程施工提供了借鉴。 For the moment,steel plate shear wall lifting and welding of high-rise building are new problems in construction industry,bringing us a new topic to study.The AIIB project is the first domestic project where fully-welded steel plate shear wall construction technique was adopted longitudinally in the same building.In-depth design of core tube steel plate shear wall,synchronized lifting and delayed welding techniques were adopted to effectively reduce the welding deformation,avoid weld crack and solve the technical difficulties in processing,installation and welding,providing references for similar projects.
