摘要
严寒地区复杂的气候条件严重影响真石漆的耐久性。本文研究了严寒地区冻融循环、酸雨侵蚀、盐侵蚀、湿热老化及人工气候老化几种主要气候因素对真石漆拉伸粘结强度的影响规律,同时通过表征几种因素对真石漆乳液性能的影响,进一步研究真石漆劣化机理。研究表明:几种影响因素中,冻融循环使真石漆拉伸粘结强度降低最为显著,其次是盐侵蚀、酸雨侵蚀;酸雨及盐侵蚀会使苯丙乳液发生不同程度的化学反应,从而降低真石漆拉伸粘结强度;湿热老化会提高真石漆的拉伸粘结强度,人工气候老化因紫外光的辐照使真石漆的拉伸粘结强度先升高后降低。
the complex climatic conditions in severe cold areas seriously affect the durability of true stone lacquer.In this paper,the influence law of several main climatic factors on the tensile bond strength of true stone lacquer in severe cold areas,such as freeze-thaw cycle,acid rain erosion,salt erosion,humid heat aging and artificial climate aging,was studied.Meanwhile,the deterioration mechanismof truestone lacquer was further studied by characterizing the influence of several factors on the properties of true stone lacquer emulsion.The results showed that the freezing-thawing cycle reduced the tensile bond strength of true stone lacquer most significantly,followed by salt erosion and acid rain erosion.Acid rain and salt erosion would make styrene-acrylic emulsion different degree of chemical reaction,so as to reduce the true stone lacquer tensile bond strength.Hot and humid aging would improve the tensile bond strength of real stone lacquer,artificial climate aging due to ultraviolet radiation made the tensile bond strength of real stone lacquer first increased and then decreased.
