摘要
以天然产物长叶烯为原料,通过异构化得到异长叶烯,然后以次氯酸钠和过氧叔丁醇(TBHP)为氧化剂,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,在温度0~5℃下经烯丙位氧化得到异长叶烯酮,产率高达94%,产物结构经GC-MS,FT-IR,1H RMR和X-单晶确认。
Isolongifolenone was prepared using natural product longifolene as the starting material by isomerization.The isolongifolenone was obtained through allylic oxidation employing sodium hypochlorite and TBHP as oxidant,ethyl acetate as solvent under the temperature of 0~5℃,which gave more than 94%yield of the product.The products were characterized by GC-MS,IR,H NMR and X-ray crystal structure.
