摘要
大城市在发生灾害后,如果不能迅速恢复电力供应,就会由于水、食物和信息缺乏导致混乱。为此,在延续灾害中不仅要保证重要负荷供电,还要保证居民基本用电(如照明和收音机),这种用电仅占正常供电水平的极少部分,因而有可能通过配网内的分布式电源提供。此时变压器上损耗会有所增加,所以应采取分时供电减少电能浪费。本文基于微电网P/f下垂控制原理,设计了根据频率削减用户用电量的负载控制装置。装置不仅避免了分轮减载带来的扰动和不公平,还可保证分布式电源的负载三相平衡,并防止用户超预期用电。
It’s of utmost importance to restore electric power supply after natural disaster happens.How to restore power supply to civilian is discussed in this paper.Since power demand is relatively small in emergency situation,this demand can be supplied by distributed generation only.However,losses in transformer will increase at that time.So providing power at night only is advised to decrease losses.A demand control device,which fulfill P/f droop characteristic,is also provided in this paper.The device will change user demand according to frequency deviation.Unbalance can be avoided and better frequency quality can be achieved by using this device.The demand cutting strategy is also fair to all load involved.
