摘要 国家能源集团国电电力邯郸东郊热电有限责任公司新建投运两台350MW超临界机组,在主机和全厂辅控成功推广使用了北京华电天仁电力控制技术有限公司设计研发的基于Profibus协议的现场总线技术。本文详细阐述了现场总线的应用范围以及运行情况,并总结了设备离线、网段通信故障和通信模块PB卡死机三种典型故障案例出现时的解决方法,为国产化现场总线技术在同类项目中的推广使用提供了参考。 GD Power Handan Eastern Co-Generation Co.,Ltd.newly built and put into operation two 350MW supercritical units and put into opration,that successfully popularized the fieldbus technology based on Profibus protocol designed and developed by Beijing Huadian Tianren Electric Power Control Technology Co.,Ltd.in the host and auxiliary control of the whole plant.This paper describes the application scope and operation of fieldbus in detail,and summarizes the solutions to three typical failure cases:off-line equipment,network segment communication failure and communication module PB card crash Thus,the application of Profibus technology in thermal power plant is thoroughly analyzed,which provides reference for the promotion and use of Profibus technology in similar projects test basis.
