核磁共振成像应用于骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折诊断价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究核磁共振成像(MRI)对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的诊断价值。方法选取48例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者作为研究对象,分别采用X线和核磁共振成像进行检查诊断。比较核磁共振成像与X线的诊断准确率、椎体形态参数、成型结果及影像学检查情况。结果核磁共振成像和X线的诊断准确率分别为100.00%、97.92%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。核磁共振成像诊断椎体前缘高度和矢状面Cobb角分别为(8.9±1.4)mm、(23.4±3.5)°,X线诊断椎体前缘高度和矢状面Cobb角分别为(8.8±1.5)mm、(23.3±3.7)°,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。核磁共振成像和X线的诊断成型结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者进行诊断时应首选核磁共振成像,其可有效诊断出骨折的细节病变,使诊断结果更准确,因此在临床上可以大力推荐。 Objective To study the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods There were 48 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures as study subjects,and they were examined with X-ray and magnetic resonance imaging.The diagnostic accuracy,vertebral body morphology parameters,morphology results and imaging examination of magnetic resonance imaging and X-ray were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging and X-ray were 100.00%and 97.92%respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Anterior vertebral body height and sagittal Cobb’s angle by magnetic resonance imaging were(8.9±1.4)mm and(23.4±3.5)°,which were(8.8±1.5)mm and(23.3±3.7)°by X-ray,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in diagnostic morphology results between magnetic resonance imaging and X-ray(P>0.05).Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging should be the first choice for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,which can effectively diagnose the detailed lesions of the fracture and make the diagnosis more accurate,so it can be strongly recommended in clinical practice.
