连接器导电片铆压工装仿真与优化

摘要 为控制连接器导电片铆压到螺母后的引脚尺寸,提出了两种特殊形状下模的铆压工装。该工装将原来的平面改进为阶梯面和斜面,通过ANSYS软件仿真对比得出了铆压后导电片引脚变形量的精确值,对比三种方案可以看出原模型导电片铆压后三个引脚变形量基本一样,而改进工装铆压后的导电片引脚变形量可控,可以满足各种尺寸的设计需求,且改进后的导电片应力较原有设计有少量降低,提高了产品的可靠性。经过试验和仿真结果的对比,验证了仿真的有效性,可以为工装设计提供理论支撑。
