青岛大鲍岛历史街区公共空间活力特征与提升策略

Characteristics and Promotion Strategy of Public Space Vitality in Qingdao Dabaodao Historic District

针对历史街区活力衰退的现象,基于兴趣点(point of interest,POI)数据与公共空间-公共生活(public space-public life,PSPL)传统调研法,运用大数据的点密度分析与传统调研数据的定性、定量分析方法,从宏观与微观两个层面深入地研究青岛市大鲍岛历史街区公共空间的活力特征。研究发现公共空间的衰败、现代生活元素的缺失、与周边活力空间不协调是大鲍岛历史街区活力衰退的主要原因。结合案例分析与自身历史文化属性,从大鲍岛历史街区的物质文化空间、文化功能空间和文化服务空间三大方面提出具体的活力提升策略。研究表明,宏观+微观层面的研究视角、新技术+传统调研的研究方法、定性+定量的数据分析方法相结合,能够全面而具体地研究历史街区公共空间的活力,也可为其他历史街区相关研究提供思路。

Historical district faces the challenge of decline in vitality in Dabaodao,Qingdao,Shandong.Based on point of interest data(POI)and the traditional investigation method of public space&public life(PSPL),the point density analysis of big data and the qualitative and quantitative analysis method of traditional research data were used for the results.The research investigated the vitality of its public space from the macro and micro levels.The results show that facts as the decline of public space,the lack of modern life elements,and the incoordination with the surrounding vitality space are main reasons for the decline of vitality in the historic district of Dabaodao.Combined with case analysis and its own historical and cultural attributes,specific strategies were proposed for improving vitality from three aspects of the material cultural space,cultural function space,and cultural service space of the historical district of Dabaodao.Studies show that the combination of research perspectives at the macro+micro level,new technologies+traditional research methods,and qualitative+quantitative data analysis methods can comprehensively,and specifically study the vitality of public spaces in historical blocks,and can be used for related research in other historical blocks.
