为了加强商务英语专业建设,提升教学质量,商务英语专业实施现代学徒制人才培养模式改革。改革沿袭了校企一体化双元育人机制,加强了双元课程、双导师团队及多方参与的考核评价机制等几个方面的建设,突出岗位标准融入人才培养方案的必要性。现代学徒制人才培养模式的实施有效提升了商务英语专业人才培养质量。

In order to enhance the construction of business English major and deepen the reform of teaching,business English major has been implementing the modern apprenticeship talent training mode.The reform has followed the college-enterprise integrated education mechanism,strengthened the construction of dual curriculum,double tutor team and multi-participation evaluation mechanism,and highlighted the necessity of integrating the position standard into the talent training program.
