摘要 结合焦化行业发展现状和特点,对第一次污染源普查产排污系数进行了回顾,提出由于标准体系不完善等因素,导致最终确定的产排污系数和实际存在偏差,部分普查成果无法得到广泛应用。通过大量分析和调研,建议对焦化企业排污口进行分类管控,并结合行业排污特点增加挥发性有机物等特征因子的产排污系数。在考虑折算氧含量和冬防限产等因素的基础上修订工业废气量系数,并通过排污许可证管理信息平台的动态更新数据为焦化行业可持续发展提供及时有效的支撑。 Based on the development status and characteristics of the coking industry,this paper reviews the generation and discharge coefficient of the first pollution source census.It is proposed that due to the factors such as imperfect standard system,there are some deviations between the final coefficient and the actual situation,and some census results cannot be widely used.Through extensive analysis and research,it is recommended that the sewerage outlets of coking enterprises be classified and controlled,and the production and discharge coefficients of characteristic factors such as volatile organic compounds should be increased in conjunction with the characteristics of industry discharge.The industrial waste gas volume coefficient is revised on the basis of considerations such as the converted oxygen content and winter production limit,and the dynamic update of the sewage permit management information platform provides timely and effective support for the sustainable development of the coking industry.
