大力推进片区流域综合整治,全面保障社会公众环保权益,解决社会公众关注的热难点环境问题。介绍片区流域综合整治原则,水清岸绿是片区流域综合整治的核心。提出片区流域综合整治策略,削减外源污染,持续削减内源,建立片区流域管理长效机制。分析片区流域综合整治路径,包括外源污染整治、面源污染防治、水体修复。总结片区流域综合整治运维管理,包括截污管道巡查、生态恢复和绿化景观的管理、水面漂浮物及湖岸垃圾的清理。通过大力推进片区流域综合整治,全面提升水体水质环境,促进人与自然的和谐发展。

The comprehensive treatment of areal watershed is related to public environmental interests.One way to solve the environment problems of public concern is to vigorously promote the comprehensive treatment of areal watershed.This paper introducd the treatment principle,proposes treatment strategies,analyzes treatment paths and summarizes means of operation and maintenance.The comprehensive treatment takes"clear water and green bank"as the core.The treatment strategies are meant to control external pollution sources,eliminate internal pollution sources,and construct an areal watershed management mechanism.The treatment paths include external source pollution treatment,non-point source pollution treatment and water restoration.The means of operation and maintenance management of areal watershed include sewage pipe inspections,ecological restoration,landscape management,removal of floating rubbish and waste on the bank.Through the comprehensive treatment of areal watershed,the fully improved water quality and environment can promote the harmonious development between man and nature.
