益气健脾解毒方在原发性胃癌患者中的应用效果及对应激炎症因子的影响研究

Effect of Yiqi Jianpi Jiedu Decoction on patients with primary gastric cancer and its influence on stress inflammatory factors

目的探讨益气健脾解毒方在原发性胃癌患者中的应用效果及对应激炎症因子的影响。方法65例原发性胃癌患者,随机分为对照组(33例)和观察组(32例)。对照组采用FOLFOX4方案化疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气健脾解毒方治疗。比较两组近期疗效、应激炎症因子水平及毒副反应发生率。结果观察组治疗2个月后的总有效率68.75%高于对照组的42.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,观察组血清内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平分别为(0.67±0.14)ng/L、(6.31±1.46)μmol/L、(32.42±3.20)ng/ml、(13.29±2.35)mg/L,对照组分别为(1.12±0.30)ng/L、(9.58±2.12)μmol/L、(40.39±3.34)ng/ml、(20.56±3.41)mg/L,两组ET、NO、IL-6、CRP水平均低于治疗前且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组毒副反应发生率40.63%与对照组的45.45%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气健脾解毒方用于原发性胃癌患者中能获得较高的近期疗效,能降低应激炎症因子水平,未增加毒副反应发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the practical effect of Yiqi Jianpi Jiedu Decoction on patients with primary gastric cancer and its influence on stress inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 65 patients with primary gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group(33 cases)and observation group(32 cases).The control group received FOLFOX4 chemotherapy,and the observation group received Yiqi Jianpi Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The short-term efficacy,stress inflammatory factors level and occurrence of toxic side-effects were compared between the two groups.Results 2 months after treatment,the total effective rate 68.75%of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 42.42%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 months after treatment,the levels of serum endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)of the observation group were(0.67±0.14)ng/L,(6.31±1.46)μmol/L,(32.42±3.20)ng/ml and(13.29±2.35)mg/L respectively,which were(1.12±0.30)ng/L,(9.58±2.12)μmol/L,(40.39±3.34)ng/ml and(20.56±3.41)mg/L of the control group.After treatment,the levels of ET,NO,IL-6 and CRP of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of toxic side-effects 40.63%of the observation group had no statistically significant difference compared with that of the control group 45.45%(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi Jiedu Decoction shows higher short-term efficacy in patients with primary gastric cancer,and it can reduce the level of stress inflammatory factors without increasing the incidence of toxic-side effects.It is worth popularizing and applying.
