地屈孕酮联合醋酸亮丙瑞林用于子宫内膜异位症术后的临床效果

Clinical effect of dydrogesterone combined with leuprolide acetate microspheres on patients after endometriosis surgery

目的分析地屈孕酮联合醋酸亮丙瑞林用于子宫内膜异位症术后的临床效果。方法116例子宫内膜异位症患者,以入院前后次序编号,运用奇偶法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各58例。对照组患者术后使用地屈孕酮治疗,观察组患者术后使用地屈孕酮联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果,治疗前后痛经、盆腔痛、性交痛评分。结果治疗后,观察组患者显效35例、有效21例、无效2例;对照组患者显效27例、有效23例、无效8例。观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的86.21%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者痛经、盆腔痛、性交痛评分分别为(1.47±0.73)、(1.33±0.72)、(1.33±0.90)分,均低于治疗前的(4.69±0.58)、(4.22±0.50)、(5.09±0.63)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者痛经、盆腔痛、性交痛评分分别为(2.30±0.73)、(3.16±0.62)、(2.27±0.82)分,均低于治疗前的(4.71±0.61)、(4.25±0.53)、(5.11±0.70)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者痛经、盆腔痛、性交痛评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地屈孕酮联合醋酸亮丙瑞林用于子宫内膜异位症术后的临床效果更为显著,利于缓解患者痛经、盆腔痛、性交痛。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dydrogesterone combined with leuprolide acetate microspheres on patients after endometriosis surgery.Methods A total of 116 patients with endometriosis were divided into control group and observation group by odd-even method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated by dydrogesterone after surgery,and the observation group was treated by dydrogesterone combined with leuprolide acetate microspheres after surgery.The clinical effect,dysmenorrhea,pelvic pain,sexual intercourse pain score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had 35 excellent cases,21 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases,while the control group had 27 excellent cases,23 effective cases and 8 ineffective cases.The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was 96.55%,which was higher than that of the control group 86.21%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the dysmenorrhea,pelvic pain,sexual intercourse pain score of the observation group were(1.47±0.73),(1.33±0.72)and(1.33±0.90)points,which were lower than those before treatment(4.69±0.58),(4.22±0.50)and(5.09±0.63)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dysmenorrhea,pelvic pain,sexual intercourse pain score of the observation group were(2.30±0.73),(3.16±0.62)and(2.27±0.82)points,which were lower than those before treatment(4.71±0.61),(4.25±0.53)and(5.11±0.70)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the dysmenorrhea,pelvic pain,sexual intercourse pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dydrogesterone combined with leuprolide acetate microspheres shows remarkable clinical effect on patients after endometriosis surgery,which can relieve pelvic pain,sexual intercourse pain score.
