重型颅脑损伤术后体位管理对患者预后影响的对照研究

A comparative study of postoperative postural management on prognosis of patients with severe traumatic brain injury

目的探讨重型颅脑损伤术后体位管理对患者预后的影响。方法100例重型颅脑损伤手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,各50例。对照组行常规护理,实验组行术后体位管理。比较两组的疗效和并发症发生情况。结果实验组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理后并发症发生率12.0%低于对照组的32.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重型颅脑损伤术后有效的体位管理有助于患者病情恢复,治疗效果显著,同时可降低患者并发症的发生率,有较高的临床应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of postoperative postural management on prognosis of patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 100 patients with severe traumatic brain injury as study subjects were divided into control group and experimental group by random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received postoperative postural management.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of complications 12.0%of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group 32.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective postural management after severe craniocerebral injury will help patients recover from the disease and have a significant therapeutic effect.At the same time,it can reduce the incidence of complications and have a higher clinical practical value.
