摘要
系统比较2012年至2015年不同管理模式下剑麻H.11648优选单株品系与普通H.11648叶片年收获量,并利用SRAP分子标记技术对两者进行分子鉴定。结果表明,优选单株连续4年的叶片年收获量均高于普通H.11648,且两者存在DNA水平的遗传差异。剑麻H.11648叶片高产优选单株有望培育成剑麻新品种,并具有广阔的示范推广前景。
Systematically compared the annual leaf yield of the excellent high-yield individual of sisal H.11648 and the common variety under different management modes from 2012 to2015,and i dentified both accessions by SRAP molecular mark er technology.Results showed that the annual leaf yield of the excellent individual was higher than that of the common variety for four consecutive years,and there are genetic differences at DNA level between them.The excellent high-yield individual of sisal H.11648 which is hopefully cultivated as a new variety,has broad prospects for demonstration and promotion.
