摘要
壳聚糖具有优良的成膜性和抑菌作用,是一种理想的安全的果蔬保鲜剂替代品,但是单一的使用壳聚糖处理具有其局限性。本文综述了近年来壳聚糖结合精油、生物防治剂、物理防治等协同用于果蔬采后贮藏、病害防治和果蔬品质维护方面的应用研究进展。
Chitosan with excellent film-forming properties and bacteriostasis is an ideal and safe preservative of fruits and vegetables.But single use of chitosan has limitations.This article reviews the researches on application of chitosan combining with essential oils,biological control and physical prevention in postharvest storage,disease control and overall quality maintenance of fruits and vegetables.
