垄膜种植残膜回收机边膜铲的设计与试验 被引量:2

摘要 针对垄膜种植作物收获后的垄侧边膜回收时因其风化且与覆土粘连,捡拾难度大易遗漏,严重降低了残膜回收率的问题,设计了一种边膜铲。采用犁体曲面的水平元线设计法进行设计计算,建立三维结构模型并做仿真分析,加工边膜铲进行了田间试验。仿真结果表明边膜铲的结构设计及材料选型均满足要求,田间试验结果表明边膜铲可将覆盖在边膜上的土翻起,实现膜土分离。此边膜铲可有效协助捡拾机构完成边膜的捡拾,提高了整机残膜回收率。 A kind of side-film shovel was designed to solve the problem of low recovery of residual film after harvest,which was caused by weathering and adhesion with the overlying soil,difficulty in picking up and easy to miss.The horizontal element design method of the plough body surface was adopted in the design and calculation,the three-dimensional structure model was established and the simulation analysis was carried out.The side-film shovel was machined and field experiments were carried out.The simulation results showed that the structure design and the material selection of the side-film shovel meet the requirements.The field experiment results showed that the side-film shovel can lift the soil covering the side-film and realize the separation of the film and soil.The side-film shovel can effectively assist the pickup mechanism to complete the side-film pickup,and improve the recovery rate of residual film.
