摘要
研究了单一Ce变质剂和Ce+Sr复合变质剂对ZL101合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,与Ce变质相比,复合变质效果更理想。在微量元素0.05wt%Sr干预下,复合变质显著改善了铸态合金中共晶硅形态,从而提升了合金力学性能。变质效果在0.45%Ce+0.05%Sr时最佳,此时ZL101合金的抗拉强度为319 MPa,伸长率为11.03%。
The effects of single Ce modification and Ce+Sr compound modification on microstructure and properties of ZL101 alloy were studied.The results show that the composite modification effect is more ideal compared with that of Ce modification.Under the intervention of 0.05 wt%Sr trace element,composite modification significantly improves the morphology of eutectic silicon in as-cast alloys,thus enhancing the mechanical properties.The modified effect is the best at0.45%Ce+0.05%Sr,and the corresponding tensile strength and elongation are 319 MPa and 11.03%,respectively.
