纯Ti等离子弧焊接头性能与组织研究

摘要 对Ti ASME B-265 Gr.2钛材进行了等离子弧焊焊接工艺研究,通过拉伸试验、弯曲试验、金相显微镜观察等方法对焊接接头性能与组织进行了研究。结果表明:采用合适的等离子弧焊焊接工艺,可以获得良好的焊缝及力学性能优良的钛材焊接接头;焊接接头的焊缝中心、熔合区附近及热影响区均为锯齿状的α组织;从焊缝中心到母材,焊接接头显微硬度整体硬度略高于母材,焊接接头的显微硬度在热影响区达到最高,在热影响区和基体交界处最低。 The plasma arc welding technology of Ti ASME B-265 Gr.2 was studied;the properties and microstructure of the plasma arc welded joint were studied by tensile test,bending test and metallographic observation.The results show that:good weld and the welded joint with excellent mechanical property are obtained through appropriate plasma welding process.The microstructures of weld center,near the fusion zone and the heat affected zone of the plasma welded joint are serratedαmicrostructure.From the weld center to base metal,the microhardness of the plasma welded joint is higher than that of base metal,it reaches the maximum value at the heat affected zone,but reaches the minimum value at the interface between heat affected zone and matrix.
