摘要
对照我国GB 50017和德国DIN 18800-1规范发现,德国规范提出了双层板对接焊缝的内容,我国标准没有该内容。本文基于MSC有限元软件,采用考虑接触热传导的热-力耦合方法,对不同坡口角度组合的双层钢板对接焊缝进行了三维模拟,得到了焊接的残余应力分布。结果表明,上板角度20°的双层钢板具有良好的力学性能;综合两国规范要求,双层钢板对接焊缝以上板角度20°,下板角度50°的坡口角度组合最为合适。
Comparing Chinese standard GB50017 and German’s specification DIN 18800-1,it is found that German’s specification contains the contents of butt weld seam of two layer plate while Chinese standard doesn’t contain the content.Based on MSC finite element software,the thermal-mechanical coupling method considering contacting heat conductivity was used,three-dimensional simulation of butt weld of double-layer steel plate with different groove angle combinations was carried out,and welding residual stress distributions were obtained.The result shows that the two layer plate with upper plate angle of 20°has good mechanical properties and according to the standard requirement,the combination of upper plate angle of 20°and the lower one of 50°become suitable during welding.
