摘要
将图像跟踪处理技术应用在焊接上对于解放工人一线生产有着极其重要的使用价值,而焊缝跟踪偏差必须控制在工况需求内,对于图像算法精确性有着较高的要求。然而图像跟踪极容易受到外界各类因素影响,如震动、弧光、断点等。本算法着重解决了采集图像在可控范围内因飞溅造成的断点修补问题,减少断点处两端点对采集特征点的影响,提高焊接精度。基于OpenCV,通过二值图像距离变换后的二次阈值分割和改进后的Hilditch算法对中心线进行提取,可用在图像跟踪的前期处理上,并可将处理结果应用在后续的特征点检测和数学模型建立上。
The application of image tracking technology in welding has extremely important value for the liberation of frontline production of workers.However,the tracking error of the weld seam must be controlled within the requirement of working conditions,which has higher requirements for the accuracy of image algorithms.The image tracking is extremely affected by various external factors,such as vibration,arc,breakpoints and so on.The algorithm focused on solving breakpoint repair of the collected image caused by spatter in the controllable range,reducing the impact of the two ends of the breakpoint on the acquisition of feature points and improving the welding accuracy.Based on OpenCV,the center line is extracted through the quadratic threshold segmentation for the binary image after the distance transformation and the improved Hilditch algorithm.It can be used in the pre-processing of the image tracking,and the handling results can be used in the subsequent detection of feature point and mathematical modeling establishment.
