摘要 目的:探讨RMS健康管理模式对某医科大学医学生生命质量的影响,找出一条具有普适性、实践性强、理论可靠的大学生健康管理模式。方法:采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,选取123名某医科大学八年制医学生做作为研究对象,随机分成干预组和对照组,干预组进行为期6个月的RMS健康管理干预,对照组不采取任何干预措施,采用生命质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)进行量化评分。结果:除环境领域(P>0.05)外,干预后干预组与对照组在生命质量总分、生理领域、心理领域、社会关系得分差异皆有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。比较干预组学生干预前后生命质量总分及生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域和环境领域四个维度得分结果,干预组的生命质量总分和四个领域得分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),且各项得分干预后均有提升。结论:RMS健康管理模式对医学生生命质量是有提升效果的,其核心是通过系列干预增强学生个体的自我效能感,形成健康管理的个人责任意识和能力。 Objective To explore the influence of RMS health management model on medical students’ life quality, and obtain a general, practical and reliable college students’ health management model. Methods 123 eight-year clinical medical students were chosen from a medical university with stratified random cluster sampling method, and randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The students in intervention group were implemented a 6-month RMS health management intervention, while the students in control group received no interventions. Both groups were evaluated with WHOQOL-BREF. Results Except for the field of environment, the differences between intervention group and control group were statistically significant in the overall score of life quality, scores of physiology, psychology and social relationship. The overall score of life quality and scores of four dimensions, including physiology, psychology, social relationship and environment, were significantly different before and after intervention in intervention group, and all scores increased after the intervention. Conclusion RMS health management model can effectively improve the life quality of medical students, with the core of enhancing students’ self-efficacy, individual responsibility and ability to health management by intervention.
