Lubricants for PVC(1):Lubricants Based on Renewable Resources

通常被错误地称为蜡的润滑剂因其特有的功能而成为一种特别的、重要的PVC添加剂。酯蜡、酰胺蜡以及金属皂都是PVC里面所用到的润滑剂,已经在可再生原材料中占有相当大的份额。本文介绍了可再生材料的成分、来源、以及在硬质PVC应用中对其流变性的影响。但是,还有一些并不属于可再生材料的润滑剂仍然充斥市场,例如:石蜡、聚乙烯蜡及其氧化蜡和蒙旦蜡。未来这些能否都被取而代之,本文进一步探讨了生产出更多更好更具可持续性的环保型润滑剂的可能性。

The lubricants,often incorrectly referred to as wax,are a special and important group within PVC additives because of their functionality.Ester waxes,amide waxes and metal soaps are the group inside the lubricants for PVC which have already a significant share of renewable raw materials for their production.In this paper we will discuss their content of renewable materials,their sources and their influence on rheology in rigid PVC applications.However,there are still other groups of lubricants like paraffins,PE waxes,their oxidates and montan waxes which are not based on renewable resources.Is there any chance to replace them or to make them more sustainable?
