文化旅游必须走出计划旅游的发展模式我国大部分所谓的文旅专家都是研究"计划旅游"为主,这或许是妨碍文旅高质量发展的问题之一,原因是,在中国所有的名胜古迹好山好水都早已步入过度开发的时代,还值得"计划旅游"的项目应该是非常少的,只要是近十年的项目,大部分的"计划"应该都会成为"失望"。如果人们一旦有闲能够随时出行,也就是所谓的"短度假",或者叫作"说走就走的旅程",那是一种未来向往的幸福美好的生活状态。如果一个人未来主要靠长假才能达到他的旅游目的.
