摘要
BK病毒(BK virus,BKV)属于人类多瘤病毒中的一个亚型,于1971年被首次报道,正常人群感染后没有致病性并长期潜伏在泌尿系统上皮细胞中。近年来,在肾移植术后的患者中发现BKV被重新激活复制,导致病毒尿症、病毒血症,继而引起BKV相关性肾病(BK virus-associated nephropathy,BKVAN),最后造成移植肾失功,因而对BKV及BKVAN的研究越来越深入。本文就BKV的流行病学、实验室诊断和临床治疗等方面作一综述。
BK virus(BKV)belongs to a subtype of human polyomavirus,which was first reported in 1971.It is not pathogenic and lurks in urinary epithelial cells for a long time after infection in normal people.In recent years,BKV has been found to be reactivated and replicated in patients after renal transplantation,resulting viruria and viremia,which in turn leads to BKV-associated nephropathy(BKVAN)and finally cause renal allograft dysfunction.Therefore,the research on BKV and its associated nephropathy is becoming more and more in-depth.This review describes the epidemiology,laboratory diagnosis and treatment of BKV.
