虚拟现实游戏运动康复训练对小脑出血术后共济失调患者康复效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨虚拟现实游戏运动康复训练对小脑出血术后共济失调患者康复效果的影响.方法将82例小脑出血术后共济失调患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各41例.观察组给予虚拟现实游戏运动康复训练,对照组给予常规康复训练,观察8周.比较训练前后两组国际合作共济失调量表、改良Barthel指数、姿势评定量表、Berg平衡量表评分及功能性步行能力分级,比较两组临床疗效.结果 训练后两组国际合作共济失调量表评分较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),改良Barthel指数、姿势评定量表及Berg平衡量表评分较训练前显著升高(P<0.01),观察组较对照组变化更显著(P<0.01).训练后两组功能性步行能力分级均显著高于训练前(P<0.01),观察组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.01).观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论虚拟现实游戏运动康复训练可改善小脑出血术后共济失调患者的协调运动、平衡和日常生活活动能力,值得推广应用. Objective To investigate the effect of virtual reality games on the rehabilitation of patients with ataxia after cerebellar hemorrhage.Methods 82 patients with ataxia after cerebellar hemorrhage were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,41 cases each.The observation group was given virtual reality game sports rehabilitation training,and the control group was given regular rehabilitation training for 8 weeks.The ICARS,modified Barthel index,PASS,BBS score and FAC classification of the two groups before and after training were compared,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Results After training,the ICARS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.01).The modified Barthel index,PASS and BBS scores were significantly higher than before the training(P<0.01).The observation group changed more significantly than the control group(P<0.01).After training,the FAC grades of the two groups were significantly higher than before training(P<0.01),and the observation group increased more significantly than the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Virtual reality game exercise rehabilitation training can improve the coordinated movement,balance function and activities of daily living of patients with ataxia after cerebellar hemorrhage,and it is worth promoting and applying.
