以造口治疗师主导的多学科协作诊疗对肿瘤伤口患者生活质量的影响

Effect of MDT led by ostomy therapist on the quality of life of patients with tumor wounds

目的探讨以造口治疗师为主导的多学科协作诊疗对肿瘤伤口患者生活质量的影响.方法选取36例肿瘤伤口患者,进行以造口治疗师为主导的多学科协作诊疗,治疗前及治疗2个月末比较患者伤口面积变化及愈合情况,对患者肿瘤伤口气味及渗液量进行评估,采用下肢慢性溃疡患者生活质量量表评定患者的生活质量.结果 治疗后患者伤口面积较治疗前显著缩小(P<0.05).治疗2个月末患者伤口气味评定等级及伤口渗液情况较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01),总体生活质量、生理、心理及日常生活评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05或0.01).结论以造口治疗师主导的多学科协作诊疗可促进肿瘤伤口患者愈合,改善伤口气味及渗液情况,提高患者生活质量.

Objective To explore the application effect of MDT led by ostomy therapist on the quality of life of patients with tumor wounds.Methods 36 patients with tumor wounds were selected for MDT led by ostomy therapists.Before the treatment and at the end of 2 months of treatment,compare the changes in the wound area and healing of the patients in thivS group,and evaluate the odor and the amount of fluid leakage from the tumor wounds.The quality of life of patients was assessed by quality of life scale for pa­tients with chronic ulcers of lower extremities.Results After treatment,the wound area of this group of patients was significantly smellier than before treatment(P<0.05).At the end of 2 months of treatment,the wound odor evaluation level and wound exudate condition were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.01).The overall quality of life,physical,psychological and daily life scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions MDT led by ostomy therapist can promote the healing of patients with tumor wounds,improve wound odor and fluid leakage,and im­prove the quality of life of patients.
