摘要
高等职业教育相关法律政策是高职教育发展的重要支撑和有力保障,《中华人民共和国职业教育法》的出台以及高等职业教育相关法律政策推动了高职教育的发展。高职教育发展仍存在一定问题,高职教育法律体系还有待进一步完善,建议出台更具法律效力的高等职业教育法律,进一步完善产教融合、校企合作相关法律政策,加大力度出台横向联合的政策文件,以促进高职教育的优化发展。
The laws and regulations on higher vocational education is thought of the guarantee for its development. Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations on higher vocational education have pushed forward its development. Yet, certain provisions need further improving, and more effective laws and policies are demanded that are prone to enforcement in terms of school-business cooperation.
