河北省高技能人才培养现状及策略分析

A strategic analysis of the education of skilled talents in Hebei province

京津冀协同发展背景下,河北省对高技能人才的需求日盛。近年来,河北省高技能人才总量呈上升趋势,人才队伍质量也有显著提升。但从总体来看,仍存在人才缺口较大,人才结构失衡,培养规模不足,领军人才流失等问题。要改善这些问题,需要政府、企业、职业院校等主体的共同努力。

Owing to the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the demand for high skilled talents is growing in Hebei, despite the temporary rise of high skilled talents in both volume and quality. Likewise, this study proposes countermeasures against the shortage, structural imbalance of education and brain drains. For this purpose, joint efforts are needed of government, enterprises and vocational colleges.
