高血压合并非ST段抬高型心肌梗死早期介入治疗效果分析

摘要 目的 探讨早期介入治疗高血压合并非ST段抬高型心肌梗死临床疗效.方法 选取2016年8月~2019年6月我院住院收治非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者100例行回顾性分析,根据患者介入治疗时机分为研究组(早期介入治疗,62例)和对比组(择期介入治疗,38例),比较两组患者相关并发症发生率、预后,并对两组患者随访6月,统计并比较两组患者心血管不良事件发生率.结果 研究组患者严重心律失常、心源性休克及急性心力衰竭发生率显著低于对比组[4.84%vs.31.58%,1.61%vs.18.42%,3.23%vs.21.05%,P<0.05].研究组患者死亡率显著低于对比组[1.61%vs.18.42%,P<0.05].相对对比组,研究组再发心肌梗死、再发心绞痛发生率显著降低[0.00%vs.16.13%,3.28%vs.25.81%,P<0.05].结论 早期介入治疗高血压合并非ST段抬高型心肌梗死,可降低治疗并发症发生率,改善患者预后.
