溶栓前抗血小板治疗对脑梗死静脉溶栓患者临床及预后的影响

Effects of anti-platelet therapy on clinical prognosis of cerebral infarction patients before intravenous thrombolysis

目的 分析在脑梗死患者溶栓前进行抗血小板治疗对其临床预后的影响.方法 根据溶栓前抗血小板治疗与否将本院2017年1月~2018年12月收治的50例脑梗死患者分两组,其中22例患者溶栓前接受抗血小板治疗计为观察组,28例溶栓前未给予抗血小板治疗计为对照组.对各组的近期疗效、预后以及并发症进行统计分析.结果 观察组患者的24小时以及7天的疗效良好率均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的mRS评分良好的患者多于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的溶栓疗效较好的患者多于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 脑梗死患者进行静脉溶栓治疗前进行抗血小板治疗,对患者的近期疗效有一定的积极作用,但与患者的临床预后以及溶栓效果并无相关性.

Objective To analyze effects of anti-platelet therapy on clinical prognosis of cerebral infarction patients before intravenous thrombolysis.Methods According to presence or absence of anti-platelet therapy before thrombolysis,50 patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups.Twenty-two patients who underwent anti-platelet therapy before thrombolysis were enrolled as observation group,while the other twenty-eight patients who were not given ant-platelet therapy before thrombolysis were enrolled as control group.The short-term curative effect,prognosis and complications in both groups were statistically analyzed.Results At 24h and 7d,good rates of curative effect in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The number of cases with good mRS scores in observation group was more than that in control group(P>0.05).The number of cases with good thrombolysis curative effect in observation group was more than that in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Anti-platelet therapy before intravenous thrombolysis for patients with cerebral infarction is of certain positive effects on their short-term curativ effect.However,it is not related to clinical prognosis and thrombolysis effect.
