液基细胞学检查结合高危型HPV检测在宫颈上皮内瘤病变筛查中的作用分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的 分析液基细胞学检查(TCT)结合高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测在宫颈上皮内瘤病变(CIN)筛查中的作用.方法 选取我院行CIN筛查患者286例,以阴道镜下病理组织活检为金标准,均行TCT、高危型HPV检测,对比TCT、高危型HPV及TCT+高危型HPV筛查结果.结果 阴道镜下病理组织活检发现,286例CIN筛查患者中,222例阴性,64例阳性;TCT+高危型HPV筛查CIN准确性(82.87%)高于TCT(74.48%)、高危型HPV(75.17%)单一检查(P<0.05).结论 TCT结合高危型HPV应用于CIN筛查中,能显著提高筛查准确性,为早期宫颈癌预防提供科学指导.
