国际孤独症谱系障碍研究的知识图谱分析

Knowledge mapping the international research on autism spectrum disorders

目的从情报学视角科学梳理孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)研究脉络,为ASD研究决策提供基础的研究框架。方法以科研文献中的MeSH主题词为主要研究对象,构建以文本及其关系为基础的ASD语义网络,并采用词频统计、共词聚类分析和知识图谱绘制等方法,对2018年12月31日之前的ASD研究内容及其结构知识图谱进行分析。结果从35854篇ASD相关文献中提取到1752个高频主题词,以此构建共词网络并聚类得到6个研究主题。结论以ASD科学研究为核心形成了6个分支研究及严密的体系,同时其与多学科之间联系密切。

Objective This study aims to sort out the research context related to autism spectrum disorder(ASD)and provid a basic research framework for current and future decision-making in ASD research from the perspective of information science.Methods By taking the Mesh Subject Headings(MeSH)terms in ASD-related literatures as the main research object,this study constructed the semantic network of ASD based on the terms and their correlationship.The topics and their structural knowledge maps of ASD related literatures published before December 31,2018 were analyzed by using word frequency statistics,co-word clustering analysis and knowledge mapping.Results From 35854 ASD related literatures,1752 high-frequency terms were extracted to construct a co-word network and further clustered as six research topics.Conclusion In the ASD research field,six topics or branches and a rigorous system have been developed and are closely related to multi-disciplinary.
