新时代德性伦理“一体五位”论——统合哲学诠释学和经学解释学视域建构德性伦理的一种可能思路 被引量:1

摘要 从哲学诠释学和经学解释学视域建构新时代伦理学德性论,可立足于中西方传统德性诠释,开启一种以实践智慧为基础、以人的整全德性为核心、以立教弘道为目的,并观照心性、行为、规范诸因素的新思路。德性伦理诠释路径的生成前提在于:哲学诠释学从本体论、方法论解释到伦理实践的转向,同时建基于中国传统解经学关于人的德性存在论的基本理解,实现一种以经世致用、成教立德为宗旨的德性诠释理论与伦理实践的思想统合。此种德性论以万有相通为基础,以自然性、道德性和伦理性相统一的人的存在论为本体(一体),以心性、行为、规范、工夫、境界(五位)相统一为核心,是具有民族性、主体性和原创性的德性论。新时代德性伦理“一体五位论”的立意,不在于追求取代或超越规范伦理,而在于扩展古典德性伦理固有的成己成物之内涵,在此基础上谋划有效补充或匹配处于强势形态而使德性相对弱化的规范伦理,同时期望有助于坚持中国文化、哲学和伦理的自信地位。 From the perspective of philosophical hermeneutics and Confucian hermeneutics,the construction of theory of ethics virtue in the new era can be based on the traditional Chinese and Western interpretation of virtue,and opens a new way of thinking,which centers on the integrity of human virtue,and aims at establishing moral education and promoting the Dao with the attention to psychological,behavioral and normative factors.The premise of the interpretation path of virtue ethics shows the philosophical hermeneutics turns from ontology,methodology interpretation to ethical practice,at the same time builds on the basic understanding of human existence theory of virtue in traditional Chinese interpretation of Confucian Classics,and it is a integration of moral interpretation theory and ethical practice with the aim of putting knowledge into practical use,and develops education and morality.The theory of virtue is based on the presupposition of One Body with All Things(万有相通),and the ontology of human being is unified by nature,morality and ethics,and the core of the unity of the nature of mind,moral conduct,moral norms,Gong Fu and realm.It is an ethical theory of virtue with national character,subjectivity and originality.The idea of theory of“One Ontology and Five Elements in One”in the new era is not to seek to replace or surpass the normative ethics,but to plan to effectively supplement or match the normative ethics which is in a strong form and makes virtue relatively weak on the basis of expanding the inherent connotation of“the mutual cultivation of self and things”of classical virtue,and expects to help uphold the self-confidence status of Chinese culture,philosophy and ethics.
