摘要
针对阳煤一矿井下北翼主皮带巷带式输送机输送带跑偏问题,介绍了井下带式输送机的结构组成,分析了输送带跑偏的常见原因,在传统输送带跑偏纠正装置的基础上开展了新型纠偏装置的设计。应用实践证明,该装置对纠正井下带式输送机的跑偏问题效果显著。
In this paper,aiming at the problem of belt conveyor belt deviation in the main belt lane of the north wing of the 15 th coal mine in fenghuangshan mine,This paper introduces the structure and composition of downhole belt conveyor,analyzes the common causes of belt conveyor deviation,and designs a new type of hydraulic rectifying device based on the traditional rectifying device.The application practice has proved that the device has a remarkable effect on correcting the deviation of underground belt conveyor.
