西铭矿48708工作面顶板控制技术研究

Study on Roof Control Technology of 48708 Working Face in Ximing Mine

针对西铭矿48708工作面顶板控制问题,选定了工作面液压支架型号为ZY8000/25/50型支撑掩护式液压支架;采用ZTC40000/25/45型超前支护液压支架进行两巷超前维护,采用端头加打戴帽单体点柱进行加强支护。并对液压支架和单体柱的实际工作能力进行了验算,结果显示可以满足生产条件,同时,现场支架监测数据显示液压支架工作阻力未超过额定阻力,可以保证工作面的安全回采。

In view of the problem of roof control in 48708 working face of ximing mine,the hydraulic support model of working face is selected as ZY8000/25/50 type supporting cover hydraulic support,and the leading maintenance of two roadway adopts ZTC40000/25/45 type leading support hydraulic support,and the end head is strengthened with cap single point column.The actual working capacity of hydraulic support and single column is checked and checked,which can meet the production conditions.At the same time,the monitoring data of field support show that the working resistance of hydraulic support does not exceed the rated resistance,which can ensure the safe mining of working face.
