摘要
为解决带式输送机驱动系统与大运量、长距离以及高带速运行工况相适应的问题,在分析驱动系统总体方案设计的基础上,着重对带式输送机驱动系统结构和控制系统进行设计,并对设计后驱动滚筒的强度进行校验,为优化带式输送机驱动系统,提高设备的可靠性和运输效率提供参考。
in order to solve the problem that the drive system of belt conveyor is suitable for large capacity,long distance and high speed operation condition,on the basis of analyzing the overall scheme design of the drive system,the structure and control system of the drive system of belt conveyor are emphatically designed,and the strength of the drive drum after design is checked to provide a reference for optimizing the belt conveyor drive system and improving the reliability and transportation efficiency of the equipment.
