摘要
针对矿用皮带输送机的跑偏问题,基于皮带输送机的结构及工作原理,分析设计了一种皮带输送机纠偏装置。该装置主要包括皮带输送机跑偏监测装置和纠偏执行装置这两部分,并介绍了这两部分的工作原理,提出了皮带输送机纠偏装置工作流程。实际应用结果表明,该纠偏装置能很好地防治皮带输送机跑偏问题,保障皮带机的连续稳定运行。
In view of the deviation problem of mine belt conveyor,based on the structure and working principle of belt conveyor,a kind of belt conveyor deviation correction device is designed,which mainly includes two parts:belt conveyor deviation monitoring device and deviation correction execution device The practical application results show that the rectifying device can prevent the deviation of belt conveyor and ensure the continuous and stable operation of belt conveyor.
