摘要
带式输送机如果出现"飞车"现象,会严重威胁矿井安全。基于此,对矿用电动滚筒带式输送机的基本情况进行了简要介绍,结合该类型带式输送机设计研究了液压下滑制动机构,分析了机构的总体结构设计及其工作原理,研究了不同工况下制动机构的控制原理,表明该机构可实现带式输送机不同工况的有效制动。
If the phenomenon of"flying car"appears in belt conveyor,it will seriously threaten mine safety.Based on this,the basic situation of mine electric roller belt conveyor is briefly introduced,combined with the design of this type of belt conveyor,the hydraulic sliding brake mechanism is studied,and the overall structure design and working principle of the mechanism are analyzed.The control principle of braking mechanism under different working conditions is studied,which can realize effective braking under different working conditions.
