摘要 为进一步优化悬臂式掘进机液压系统,基于悬臂式掘进机液压系统的主要工作原理,分析了其特点与调试方法,同时结合调试曲线,综合变量泵、多路阀以及平衡阀的主要性能特点,分析了影响掘进机液压系统运行效率的因素,提出了一系列具体优化方法,并计算了节能效果。实际应用结果表明,优化措施效果良好,具有一定的推广应用价值。 In order to further optimize the hydraulic system of the cantilever roadheader, based on the main working principle of the hydraulic system of the cantilever roadheader, the characteristics and debugging methods are analyzed,and combined with the debugging curve, the main performance characteristics of the variable pump, the multi-way valve and the balance valve are integrated. the factors affecting the operation efficiency of the hydraulic system of the roadheader are analyzed, a series of specific optimization methods are put forward, and the energy saving effect is calculated. The practical application results show that the optimization measures have good effect and have certain value of popularization and application.
