摘要 为了解决由于主通风机出现故障和异常而带来的通风不稳定的问题,提出了一种双重诊断思路,即对通风设备和通风系统的安全性同时进行诊断从而找出故障出处。基于该诊断思路的智能化监控系统,不仅可直接实时监测主扇开关的电压电流、频率等多个参数,还能对轴承温度和径向、电机温度和风机风压等多种参数进行监测,并通过对监测到的数据进行分析,迅速找出故障原因及解决方法,具有实际应用价值。 In order to solve the problem of ventilation instability caused by the failure and abnormal of the main ventilator, a dual diagnosis idea is put forward, that is, the safety of ventilation equipment and ventilation system is diagnosed simultaneously to find out the source of the fault. The intelligent monitoring system based on this diagnosis idea can not only directly monitor the voltage, current, frequency and other parameters of the main fan switch in real time, but also monitor the bearing temperature and radial, motor temperature and fan wind pressure, and through the analysis of the monitored data, quickly find out the cause of failure and solutions, which has practical application value.
