磁滞式联轴器在电缆卷筒装置中的应用

摘要 阐述了卷筒联轴器的选型原则,研究分析了磁滞式电缆卷筒联轴装置的具体改造方案和实际应用。通过改造,电缆卷筒由链式传动改变为磁滞式传动后,联轴器结构更加紧凑、性能稳定、体积小,便于安装和调试。该门式天车活动电缆卷筒装置的成功改造,极大地提高了该天车的使用效率,提高了开机率。经过对不同类别电缆卷筒联轴器的对比,最终选取磁滞型联轴器改造该门式天车,提高了卷筒工作中的稳定性和安全性。 This paper expounds the selection principle of reel coupling, and studies and analyzes the concrete transformation scheme and practical application of hysteresis cable reel coupling device. Through the transformation,the cable reel is changed from chain drive to hysteresis drive, and the coupling structure is more compact, the performance is stable, and the volume is small for installation and commissioning. The successful transformation of the movable cable reel device of the door crane greatly improves the efficiency of the crane and the boot rate. After comparing the different types of cable reel couplings, the magnetic hysteresis coupling was selected to improve the stability and safety of the reel.
