摘要
为切实保护主排水泵的可靠运行,减少因人为操作失误而造成的水泵损坏。结合实际案例,分析水泵损坏的原因,从水泵控制开关着手,区别于传统的三段式电流保护,在开关原有综合保护的基础上,增加设计了低电流保护及时限控制,切实防止水泵空转时,能准确切断电源,保护水泵,从而满足煤矿不同型号、不同功率的水泵电机的需求,且为主排水系统实现远程控制提供一个参考方向。
In order to protect the reliable operation of the main drainage pump, reduce the damage caused by human error, according to the actual case, the paper analyzes the causes of water pump damage, starting from the pump control switch, different from the traditional three-stage current protection, on the basis of the original comprehensive protection of the switch, the design of low-current protection timely limit control, effectively prevent the pump idling,can accurately cut off the power supply, protect the pump, so as to meet the needs of different types of coal mine,different power pump motor, and the main drainage system to achieve remote control provides a reference direction.
