摘要
针对带式输送机运行过程中皮带撕裂的问题,研究一款皮带防撕裂装置。该装置通过工业相机得到皮带表面图像,基于设定的处理程序对图像进行分析,判断激光条纹相邻像素之间距离、光条中心曲率以及光条偏移距离等参数是否超过了设定的阈值,如果超过则认为存在裂纹,即可发出警报,以避免小裂纹进一步拓展最终导致皮带撕裂。
Designed and researched the belt anti-tearing device, which obtained the surface image of the belt through the industrial camera, according to the problem of belt tearing. Based on the set processing program, the image is analyzed to determine whether the distance between the adjacent pixels of the laser stripe, the center curvature of the light bar, and the light bar offset distance exceed the set threshold. If it exceeds, it is considered that there is a crack.If a crack is found on the surface of the belt, it can be dealt with in time to avoid the further development of small cracks and eventually cause the belt to tear.
