摘要
针对离心式矿用通风机在线监控系统功能简单、实用性差、数据传输慢、损耗量较大以及对通风机故障信号判定精确度较低等监控系统问题,通过对目前离心式矿井通风机常用的在线监控系统进行优化升级,将新型监控系统应用于实际矿井中,实际应用表明能够提高对离心式通风机的监控性能。
In view of the problems of the monitoring system of this model, such as simple function, poor practicability,low data transmission, large loss, and low accuracy of the fan fault signal judgment, the current online monitoring system commonly used in centrifugal mine ventilator is optimized Upgraded, the new monitoring system was applied to the actual mine, and the results showed that the monitoring performance of the centrifugal fan can be improved.
