摘要 针对煤矿用带式输送机运行时间长、耗电量大、故障率高的问题,设计基于变频控制技术的带式输送机节能控制系统。在该系统的设计中应用PLC控制技术、变频技术以及模糊控制技术,对带式输送机承载的煤量与带速进行自适应调节与匹配,避免长时间轻载或空载造成的电能浪费,达到节能降耗的目的。实际使用结果证明,该节能控制系统年节电率达60.32%,节电效果明显。 Aiming at the problems of long running time, large power consumption and high failure rate of belt conveyor for coal mine, the energy saving control system of belt conveyor based on frequency conversion control technology is designed. Applying PLC control technology, frequency conversion technology and fuzzy control technology in the design of this system, the coal quantity and belt speed of belt conveyor are adjusted and matched adaptively to avoid the waste of electric energy caused by long time light load or no load, and to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption. The results show that the annual power saving rate of the energy saving control system is 60.32%, and the power saving effect is obvious.
