矿井防爆胶轮车运输线路改造措施探析

摘要 为保障矿井防爆胶轮车的安全稳定运行,基于矿井防爆胶轮车应用现状,针对防爆绞车日常运行中存在的安全性低、管理难等问题,提出了在井口装设智能检测系统、布设智能候车点以及完善信息化系统等一系列保障防爆胶轮车安全稳定运行的线路改造措施,以供防爆胶轮车运输线路的改造参考。 In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of mine explosion-proof rubber wheel car, based on the application status of mine explosion-proof rubber wheel car, aiming at the problems of low safety and difficult management in the daily operation of explosion-proof winch, this paper puts forward a series of measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of explosion-proof rubber wheel car, such as installing intelligent detection system at wellhead, setting up intelligent waiting points and improving information system, so as to provide reference for the reconstruction of transportation line of explosion-proof rubber wheel car.
