抗水解剂对反应性挤出PGA降解行为的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Antihydrolytic Agents on Degradation Behavior of PGA Prepared by Reactive Extrusion Polymerization

摘要 在乙交酯中添加不同种类和含量的抗水解剂,采用Haake转矩流变仪反应性挤出制备改性聚乙交酯(PGA)。通过全反射红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪和光学显微镜等研究PGA的降解行为。结果表明:质量分数为1.0%的抗水解剂季戊四醇二亚磷酸双十八酯(618)改性的PGA在水中降解40 d后,质量保留率和特性黏度分别比未改性的PGA提升了15%和10%。改性PGA降解后断面外表有明显致密结构层,该致密表层可能阻碍了外部水分向试样内部扩散,从而延缓PGA的降解。 Different types and contents of anti-hydrolysis agents were added into glycolide,and modified polyglycolide(PGA)was prepared by reactive extrusion by Haake torque rheometer.The degradation behavior of PGA was studied by total reflection infrared,differential scanning calorimetry and optical microscope.The results show that the mass retention rate and intrinsic viscosity of PGA modified by 1.0%pentaerythritol dioctadecylphosphite(618)were 15%and 10%higher than those of unmodified PGA after 40 d degradation in water respectively.After the degradation,there is an obvious dense structure layer on the surface of modified PGA,which may hinder the diffusion of external water to the interior of the sample,thus delaying the degradation of PGA.
